There are already plenty of guitarists who swear by Shubb. The C1 capo is specially designed for guitars with a compound radius, such as steel-string and electric guitars. This capo allows you to raise the pitch of your stringed instrument by one or several semitones depending on the fret where you place it.
Shubb C1 for the Perfect Barre
Thanks to the unique design, this capo clicks itself into place without the use of a spring or elastic band. While some capos don’t provide enough pressure and cause string buzz, others are to a little too tight around the neck, causing your guitar to fall out of tune. Luckily, the Shubb C1 has a small wheel that allows you to adjust the pressure of the capo for the perfect fit every time.
Stable Tuning and a Protective Rubber Cuff
The specially designed rubber cuff of this Shubb capo not only protects the neck of your instrument but responds precisely to both the pressure caused as you play and the pressure of the cap itself.

I've tried a lot of capos, ranging from low end to the most expensive available. They really do vary but don't necessarily get better with price.
For me, on a steel string acoustic with 0.11 strings, the Shubb C1 was the best. Its practical, really small, works great and doesn't adversely affect the sound.
It can be a little fiddly for a few minutes when tweaking it for the first time, but then never needs adjusting again. It requires both hands free to put it on, which might deter some players.
I love it and highly recommend it.

De beste capo die er is volgens mij. Werkt super simpel, betrouwbaar. Een keer afstellen en daarna gewoon gebruiken zonder over na te hoeven denken, altijd goed.

Ik kreeg het advies van jullie medewerker.En ik ben er onwijs blij mee,zo makkelijk te bevestigen.En met het wieltje kan je de capo eventueel strakker zetten.En zit niet in de weg met overpakken van akkoorden..Ik zou deze capo zeker aanraden , 1 klik en zit vast,snaren verschuiven niet en mooi slank model..

Prettige capo, snel op de gitaar te zetten en snel te verwijderen, met de stelschroef kun je de gewenste druk instellen. Ook lekker compact, je neemt hem heel makkelijk mee in je broekzag of gitaartas. Een andere variant, de Shubb C2B Original capo voor akoestische gitaar voelt nog wat steviger en robuuster aan moet ik zeggen, maar ook deze capo gebruik ik al een paar jaar zonder problemen, dus gewoon een uitstekende kwaliteit!

Hele fijne capo van hoge kwaliteit. Ook fijn dat hij zo rank is. Mijn oude capo zat bij sommige akkoorden in de weg. Kan aan mij liggen maar bij deze heb ik dat probleem niet. Ik gebruik em voor mijn Martin ooo-15M streetmaster. Zeer aanbevelingswaard.
