General
If everything in life would fit a 19" rack, things would be so much easier for globe-trotting musicians. The reality is that most audio-based gear is only getting smaller yet more powerful, and if you have a small army of bite-sized bits of kit that are essential for live performance, a rack shelf can prove amazingly useful. That said, the SKB 1SKB-VS1 is the ideal rack accessory if you need storage for smaller gear like compact media players or a place to put your microphone for the time being. The platform features a retractable design and has been finished with hook-and-loop fastener.
