General

The Scarlatti VL 1/10 is a very affordable violin in 1/10 size. It comes with a bow and case and is a good fit for those who want to take a look at whether the violin is a suitable instrument for their child. This size usually goes well with an age of around 4 years. The sound box is made entirely of solid wood, with spruce for the top and maple for the sides and back. Furthermore, in addition to the normal tuning mechanisms, the Scarlatti VL is fitted with fine tuners.

The violin size 1/10

The size 1/10 is suitable for children with an arm length of about 42 cm. You measure this from the middle of the palm to the neck, directly below the jaw. The hand should now be able to comfortably fold around the curl, with the fingers pointing to the face and the elbow very slightly bent. If in doubt between two sizes, it is best to take the smaller of the two. By the way, 1/10 does not mean that this violin is ten times smaller than a normal 4/4 violin; the difference is much smaller.

Fazley T-100 Tuner with Metronome

Innox ISA 02 Music Stand

Prima bladmuziekstandaard.

D'Addario VR200 Natural Rosin Light for Violin / Viola / Cello

Goede hars.
