Nylon strings are softer than steel strings, so less pressure is needed when holding down notes and chords. And, since this guitar has been built using basswood, you're assured of a balanced acoustic sound and plenty of definition whether finger-picking or strumming. Traditional Design
To accommodate finger-picking styles as well as effortless chord-grabbing without accidentally touching the wrong string, LaPaz have equipped the 002-1/2 with a traditionally wide string nut. Both the body and neck are lined with white binding for a beautiful colour contrast, while the elegant set of gold-plated machine heads with white buttons seal up the tuning stability and the aesthetics.
