Powered by six 12AX7 preamp valves and a pair of EL34 power amp valves, the Koch The Greg TG50 whips up classic tube-tone but also features everything you need to dial in your signature sound. This combination of vintage aesthetics and advanced functions kits you out with an FX loop equipped with a buffered input, allowing you to run your effects in series or parallel, while the included FS-5G footswitch can be used to toggle the built-in OTS (Output Tube Saturation), two-mode tremolo (Harmonic/Normal), and reverb. Koch has even outfitted this plucky 2x 10 combo with a dedicated recording output complete with a passive speaker emulation filter, giving you the option to record your sound directly or send the output signal to the PA system.

A Versatile 3-Channel Setup

The Greg TG50 puts three channels at your disposal: Clean, Overdrive and Overdrive Boost. The Clean channel gives you clear, classic British output framed by sparkling mids and full-bodied lows, while the Overdrive channel has the rough-around-the-edges-kind-of-sound needed for louder styles like hard rock. Needless to say, the Overdrive Boost channel goes one step further, upping the gain for extra-raw sound. Thanks to the 50-Watt power capacity, you've got enough punch to play bigger venues.
