General

Even though the beloved Orange Rocker 30 is out of production, its legend continues with the Orange Rocker 15, a two-channel tube guitar amp combo that produces 15 watts of power through a 10-inch speaker. 15 watts is the ideal amount of tube wattage to be turned up all the way, while still retaining a good sound with just the right amount of distortion. If this is a bit too loud for use at home, though, you can attenuate it by turning it down to 7, 1, or even half a watt. This means you can play with that same tube sound at a reasonable volume. Often, this type of attenuator can dull things, but with the Orange Rocker 15, a consistently powerful sound is guaranteed at any wattage!

Prima levering van Bax. Uitstekende diensten die ik al jaren gebruik. Top site van Bax die mijn muziekwereld veel groter heeft gemaakt. Super !

Voor dit relatief bescheiden bedrag haal je het geluid van livemuziek in huis. Een volwaardige buizenversterker met krachtige speaker. Afwerking van hoge kwaliteit met stevige knoppen. Zeer robuust. Dankzij de handige optie om het wattage af te knijpen kun je overal het gewenste geluid creëren. Ik stel hem meestal in op 1 watt (prachtig vol en warm geluid). Met 0.5 watt krijg je een prima oefenvolume waar de buren geen last van hebben. Voor een wat cleaner metalgeluid kun je een pedaal gebruiken (daar leent deze combo zich heel goed voor), maar voor (zware) rock zit je met de ingebouwde distortion natuurlijk al goed. Het geluid kan zeer nauwkeurig getweaked worden, indrukwekkend!

Mooie amp voor in huis. Prachtig hoe de buizen ook op "bedroom" het geluid oppakken. Geen ruis ook zonder randaarde! En, ja, het is natuurlijk een echte Orange!

Un ampli très léger qui peut tout faire.

Le son clean est vraiment bon, on ne peut cependant pas "tricher" avec l'égalisation pour avoir un son équilibré, car il n'y en pas! Il faut donc un réglage parfait des micros de sa gratt'. Après ce réglage ça tourne tout seul. On a aussi un peu moins de basse qu'avec un 12' mais ce n'est franchement pas gênant.

Le canal dirty est parfait, on est sur du typé british qui peut tout faire selon le gain. On a un surtout un son bien plein. Il y a possibilité de régler l'égalisation, parfait pour bomber un peu les médiums pour sortir du mix.

Niveau puissance j'ai fait 2 répét' avec et c'est LARGEMENT suffisant: pour info avec un peu plus du quart en clean on joue avec batteur ! Alors si on tourne plus on fait tomber le plâtre !

Pour finir la dynamique est aussi très bonne en clean comme en dirty !. Bref un achat que je ne regrette pas. Je conseille.
