Orange Rocker Amplifiers are Back!
Orange is out to impress at the Winter NAMM 2017 show! Not only are their Rocker tube amps making a long-awaited comeback, they'll also be revealing a comprehensive acoustic preamp and an analogue compressor.
Rocker: A chameleon of a tube stereo combo
It's been more than decade since Orange first introduced the world to their Rocker guitar amplifiers. Now, they're back by popular demand! First off, there's the Rocker 15, a compact tube amp combo with switchable power capacity. This means you can play at a low volume level and still enjoy that unmistakable tube sound. Then, there's the Rocker 32, which is a compact stereo tube amp with two 10-inch speakers. Thanks to a stereo FX loop, you can create broad sonic landscapes and shower your public with a panning delay or surprise them with a bright, old-school wet/dry setup.
Acoustic Pre and Kongpressor
With the Acoustic Pre, Orange has produced a true world exclusive. It's a stereo acoustic preamp/active DI with tubes! The result allows acoustic musicians access to a warm, yet bright and clear tone with natural compression that was only available to electric guitarists and hi-fi audiophiles. Rockers on the other hand can go for the Kongpressor, a fully-analogue Class-A compression pedal that will give your sound some extra mojo and shine that will elevate your playing to the next level.
