General

Martin Taylor and Stevie Wonder were huge fans of Orange's active preamp and active DI for their live performances. Now you can follow in their footsteps with the Orange Acoustic Pre! The true tube sound is the result of a 12AX7 and an acoustic preamp with two channels, two effects loops and a stereo output. If you want to connect a condenser mic that requires phantom power, you can using channel B, which offers sound that's very subtle. Channel A provides a warmer sound to your acoustic instrument. You can adjust the amount of warmth you want with the heat potentiometer. Finally, with the Orange Acoustic Pre's tone control, you can create a broad, diverse tonal palette!
