General

The Orange PPC212 OB is a 2x 12-inch Open Back speaker cabinet for guitarists. This 120W speaker cabinet houses two specimens of the famed Celestion Vintage 30, a high-quality 60W speaker that is known and loved for its defined sound and high 100dB sensitivity, making it sound a lot louder than comparable 60-watt speakers. Thanks to its open back design, the PPC212 has a wide projection and a sparkling, open sound.

Constructing the speaker enclosure

As we've come to expect from all thing Orange, the PPC212OB sports the attractive orange vinyl and a sturdy durable construction. The carefully crafted housing is made of 18mm, 13-ply birch. The amplifier combo stands on the unique skid feet, which optimise contact with the stage, resulting in a neater bass response and overall improved tone definition. In short: it produces a highly defined sound with a proper dose of mids.

Orange doet het weer. Deze cabinet is perfect voor elke head. De 2x12 werd uitgerust met Celestion Vintage 30 speakers die bekend staan om hun typische sound. De speakers zitten in een uiterst degelijke "verpakking met twee handvaten die geen pijn doen. Een pluspunt van deze open back versie is zijn kleine formaat.
