General

The best overdrives are usually only produced by big, expensive tube amps, but Orange has just changed the game with the Bass Crush 50 black bass amp combo. This practice amp offers 50 watts of power and a 12-inch speaker for a professional sound in a compact package. It features a separate circuit for the overdrive which you can adjust using the gain and mix with your clean sound using the blend control. The result is a full bass sound that will cut through the mix beautifully. You can switch the drive on and off using an optional foot switch (sold separately). Even though we're used to Orange speakers in that bright orange hue, this particular amp comes in classic black.

Orange Crush Bass 50: black is the new orange

Orange believes that bass amps shouldn't be overly complicated, which is why they equipped the Crush Bass with user-friendly controls that include a 3-band EQ and a mid-sweep. Using the mid-sweep, you can adjust your sound to suit just about any musical genre, which is why it's such an ideal amp for versatile bassists. For even more tonal fun and flexibility, you can add any amount of overdrive you want to this amp's clean, core sound. Want to play along with your favourite music via your MP3 player, practise in silence, record your session, or connect your effects pedals optimally? The Crush Bass has every input you need. It's even got a built-in tuner! Practice makes perfect with the black Orange Bass Crush 50.

Orange Crush Bass Black 50 50-watt bass guitar amp combo

Mooie basversterker en met een service van Bax die eigenlijk 6 sterren zou moeten krijgen. Topdienst - zeker van de helpdesk. Dikke pluim voor deze mensen!

Orange Crush Bass Black 50 50-watt bass guitar amp combo

I have previously owned a Orange Crush 50 BXT. I decided to change it with the new model for the Blend and PAD option (it works with the active basses). Those are the differences from the previous model.
I consider that I made the right choice. I like the sound of the combo. It is very good for home practice or for a small rehearsal room [depending on the drummer of course :)]. You have the option to route the sound through the mixer if you need more power.

In order to save some money I choose a B stock, it works and it looks very good.
