Packing more heat than ever, the Fender Rumble 800 combo bass amp now comes with three different voicings: activate Vintage mode for that old-school valve-driven sound, engage Contour mode to frame your tone with a satisfyingly articulate mid-scoop, or flip on Bright mode to tighten up your output and sprinkle a little fairy-dust over the high-end. Once your foundation is selected, the Gain pot can be shifted up to add a rougher edge to the result, and for more extreme moments, the included footswitch can be hit to trigger a potent overdrive.

The Fender Rumble 800: Unrivalled Flexibility

The split Low-Mid and Hi-Mid control pots of the four-band EQ section grants bassists ultra-accurate control over their tone, while the built in compression tweeter can be switched on via the Horn switch on the rear to inject more definition into the high-end reproduction of the two 10 inch Custom-Designed Eminence Neodymium speakers mounted inside the cabinet. The back panel also supplies a mono effects loop for linking through and placing your go to modulation, reverb or delay stompboxes in the right spot in your chain.

Everything in its Right Place

To fully accommodate rehearsing and gigging bassists, the Rumble 800 also comes fitted with a port for the included overdrive footswitch; an AUX input for hooking up an external audio source like a phone or tablet; and a headphone output for more private practice, whether you're drilling your scales or jamming along to backing tracks. Even without headphones, the output can be switched from Full to Low to support quieter practice sessions, and an extra cabinet can also be connected up via the speaker output for even bigger, even beefier sound. And on stage, your setup is also fully supported by an XLR line output complete a Pre/Post switch and a Ground/Lift switch.
