General

The HCS series is one of the many series that Meinl produces. Some people call it a beginner's series, but you might sooner call it the series with the most astounding price-to-quality ratio. You won't have to break the bank to purchase this HCS 14-18 cymbal set These cymbals are manufactured and shaped through a high-tech process, and they're made of Meinl's MS63 brass alloy that gives this pair of cymbals their unique, yellow ochre colour.

Meinl HCS 14-18

The HCS14H is a sturdy pair of 14-inch hi-hats with a warm, clean sound. It allows for intricate, articulate patterns and offers a cutting attack, while never losing its civilised, rounded sound. The 18-inch HCS18CR fulfils two roles in your drum kit. It can be an excellent crash cymbal when you need it, but you can also use it as a ride cymbal with a clean attack, an airy 'ping' and a sound that carries quite well. This affordable cymbal set is an excellent way to get your cymbal collection started.

Meinl HCS 14-18 cymbal set

Mooie set voor goede prijs.
Vooral de hi-hat is top. Bekken zit zoals al wordt aangegeven een beetje tussen crash/ride in maar prima als je al/nog een crash hebt.
