The Hercules DJControl Instinct S digital DJ controller is the successor of the popular DJ Control Instinct. Compared to its predecessor, the Instinct S boasts a completely new look with a modern brushed aluminium mixer section. The controller's touch-sensitive jog wheels have also been revamped, now offering enhanced stability and grip, while their LED lighting makes them more easily visible in the dark.
Overview
The Instinct S is a two-deck USB DJ controller with a relatively compact, lightweight housing. True to its name, it offers an intuitive workflow, and both the jog wheels and most of the other controls are equipped with blue LEDs. A headphone connector can be found on the front of the controller, while the back sports an RCA connector and a jack output for active speakers. The Hercules DJ controller comes with the renowned, user-friendly DJUCED 18 degrees DJ software, which enables you to save your mixes as audio files, so you can share them with your friends and followers online.

The simplicity of the controls really helped me as a beginner. I can now successfully mix songs with the jog wheels.
Dont expect to do much scratching. It can do it but its not really designed for it.
Its so easy to use. Just plug and play. It will hook up to any hifi, pa or sound system so compatability wont be an issue.
If you are wanting to start dj ing then this is ideal.

Ik heb deze mixer gebruikt in de begin jaren van mijn dj carrière.
Met deze mixer heb ik de eerste grote stappen weten te zetten me zelf door ontwikkeld.
Als je voor niet te veel een heel leuk handzaam apparaat wil is dit de juiste mixer voor jou.
Ik heb geen minpunten over deze mixer nog kunnen vinden.

Hij is vrij simpel te begrijpen en niet te veel knoppen, wat hem ideaal maakt om te leren beatmatchen.
Voor de prijs is dit een goed product wel vindt ik de geluidskaart vrij matig. Vandaar 4 sterren en geen 5

Jammer is wel dat na een tijdje sommige knoppen het wat minder gaan doen (vasthangen ed).

Dan heb ik hem aangesloten op mijn laptopspeakers. Het geluidsniveau van dek B is veel lager dan dek A.
