General
The satisfyingly steampunk-styled Beetronics Fatbee is the opening act of the new Babee Series and, while it comes in a pedal-board friendly size, this magic little box creates thick tone. The internal clockwork of the Fatbee is put in motion by an original JFET drive circuit designed by the highly regarded stombox-designer, Howard Davis. This circuit manages to conjure the same kind of 'break-up' you would expect of a real, full-sized tube-amplifier. With the Honey (gain), Flavour (tone) and Weight (volume) controls, you can fully customise the California-designed-and-built-sound of this unique pedal.

Great pedal, lovely mids and a super usable overdrive sound, that gets from crunchy to thick v easily. I use it after a bluesbreaker style to thicken things up when needed. Looks great, feels greaet, sounds great.

L'overdrive avec jfet est pour moi la plus réactive et naturelle.
Cette beetronics offre une large palette, du crunch léger et ample jusqu'à une version saturé style ts9 mais avec plus de dynamique et d'expressivité.
Elle fonctionne très bien couplée à d'autres overdrives ( avant ou après selon le but recherché et le degré de gain .)
Je l'utilise en gain léger en boost après une mythos et une fultone...
J'aime tellement que j'en ai une sur chacun de mes deux Pédalboards.

Excellente pédale, c'est exactement ce que je cherchais. Elle se suffit à elle-même et quand je la couple à une TS9 que j'utilise plus comme boost on a encore un autre son. La pédale et magnifique et le packaging est très soigné, un vrai petit bijoux.

Veel over deze Overdrive gezien en uiteindelijk toch besloten deze te kopen en hij stelt niet teleur!
Het er zit voldoende tone control op en qua gain kan hij subtiel zijn maar ook scheuren. Single coils of humbuckers alles wordt een dikke overdrive. Heel blij mee!
