The mighty TC Electronic Zeus Drive houses a formidable dynamic overdrive equipped with a FAT mode and optional buffered bypass. Coated in gold to honour a legend of overdrive long past, this stompbox delivers transparent warmth with a similar vibe to a valve amp that's been pushed to the edge. The Zeus is just as efficient when set up to serve as a clean boost or used to build a tone stack, and thanks to the top-mounted inputs, this tight box will easily find space on the pedalboard.

Wrote the following about TC Electronic Zeus Drive Overdrive with FAT Switch

Bezit zelf niet de originele klon heb wel de ryra, wampler tumnus, j. Rockett Archer en Archer ikon, tone bakery crème brulee, allemaal klon type pedalen Deze kan zich zeker meten met de grote dames onder de pedalen. Moet wel zeggen dat ik t niet in een live setting heb gebruikt maar het is een enorm goed pedaal. Wellicht zullen de componenten goedkoper zijn dan de "grote voorgangers" maar doet t niet ten onder. Een regelrecht goed pedaal die serieus genomen kan worden. Constructie en potmeters, in en uitgangen goed geconstrueerd. De switch is niet wat men misschien gewend is want het gaat pas aan wanneer je de switch loslaat. Maar kwa sound enorm goed met zowel met low medium en high output humbuckers, p90 en medium single coil pickups zeker aan te raden voor gitaristen die van klon type pedalen houden. De fat switch is zeker een waardevolle toevoeging aan t pedaal. Zo ook de interne buffer/ true bypass switch. Dit is absoluut een goede klon versie van tc electronic.
