General
Those already familiar with the Steel String Singer, the famous Dumble amp popular especially from the 1980s, will quickly recognise the sound of Vertex Effect's Steel String Clean Drive pedal. Although the format might surprise you a bit - not an amp, but a stompbox! Also, for those simply looking for a full and big-sounding effect pedal for, say, a blues or country sound, this pedal is in the right place. An authentic, warm and above all clean sound perfect for a D-style tone. Created alongside the original Steel String Singer to stay as close as possible to its specific sound and feel, this Steel String Clean Drive adopts a completely analogue style. The vintage look goes without saying, with a brushed metal jacket and authentic level knobs to complete that authentic feel.
