The AKG K167 DJs are uncompromising headphones that feature everything that a good set of DJ headphones should have. For starters, the K167 DJ headphones feature rugged 40mm drivers that ensure you'll get clear lows and pure, nuanced trebles - even at high volumes. Furthermore, a low impedance of 32 ohms ensures that these headphones are compatible with a wide range of different devices, from studio gear to portable MP3 players.
Rugged and lightweight
With the K167 DJ headphones, you can count on only hearing your own tracks - thanks to the closed design, no sound is getting in, and none is getting out. The replaceable ear cushions also play a main roll in both wearing comfort and audio isolation. Finally, polymer parts reinforced with XRP fibreglass ensure that the K167 DJs are lightweight headphones that can take some abuse. You don't have to worry about using them too intensively, as they were designed to be road ready!

NAMM 2016: Sound and Style: AKG sets the bar high
Thursday 21 January 2016 By Julie AlexanderComfort, style and crystal-clear sound; AKG has managed to seamlessly combine all of these elements in their new (adjustable!) headphone models that were presented for the first time today. To be honest, these models are nothing less than we expected from a brand that has been providing musicians and sound techs with the very to get the most out of their tracks for the last 65 years.
