General

The Latin Percussion LP799-DW 12-1/2″ Djembe is inspired by the traditional African djembe and can be played whilst standing with a shoulder strap, whilst seated, or on a stand. The instrument, which stands 53.5 cm tall, is made from Siam Oak and fitted with a natural goatskin head, giving you a full, warm tone with crisp slaps and deep bass. The Ever-Tune rope tuning system not only gives you an authentic playing feel, but also ensures that the tension of the skin is always just right. The rubber base protects your floor and provides extra grip whilst playing.
