Inspired by the traditional African djembe, the Latin Percussion LP799-SW 12-1/2″ djembe combines classic looks with modern technology. The hand-finished Siam Oak cabinet provides a powerful and full sound, while the natural goatskin provides a warm, authentic sound. Thanks to the Ever-Tune rope tuning system, the tuning remains stable no matter how intensely you play. You can play this djembe sitting down, standing up with a carrying strap or on a stand, which makes it equally suitable for intimate acoustic sessions as performances on stage. The rubber base not only protects the floor, but also provides extra grip while playing.
