General
With the ENTTEC DIN-Pixie (73539), you get a compact yet powerful SPI pixel strip/dot controller for permanent installations. You use a DMX512-A signal as input (via RJ45) and convert this to an SPI output to control addressable LED pixels. Thanks to the two SPI outputs, you can process up to 4 universes in total (a maximum of 2 universes per port), with a refresh rate of up to 40 FPS and a low latency of approximately 5 ms. The DIN-rail mounting makes it perfect for control cabinets and technical rooms, whilst the standalone capabilities are useful for autonomous applications. Power can be supplied via USB (Type-B) or via the VCC connection (5 – 48V DC), and with protection against ESD, surges and incorrect power supply on the data line, it is a safe choice even in demanding environments. Configuration and firmware updates are managed via ENTTEC EMU software. Supplied with a DIN-rail mounting bracket and USB cable.
