General
Insanely compact, the SoundSwitch MICRO DMX interface fully supports SoundSwitch DMX software and, when combined with DJ software, eases the workflow when synchronising light with live audio. Set it up in one of two ways: to work in a DLW (Digital Lighting Workstation) and really go nuts, or let the software do the work for you by triggering sound-reactive pre-programmed scenes. The SoundSwitch MICRO is compatible with various software, including Serato DJ, Virtual DJ, Engine Prime and Ableton Link, and the setup is simple: USB to DMX, giving you one DMX universe to play with.

This comes with 3 months subscription to the soundswitch computer software that allows you to add your DMX lights - unless you are going to be adding lights frequently or are running big venues where your lights are changing frequently, this is enough. I've used the software to add 5 DMX lights for my DJing hobby and have let my subscription lapse - should I need to add any more lights in the future it's very simple to re-subscribe at a very reasonable monthly fee.
HOWEVER, for me the fact that this USB to DMX cable can "talk" to my Denon deck running Engine Prime software is a complete game-changer - plug this into the USB A port of the deck, connect the DMX output to one of your lights and you now have complete control of any DMX light that is connected.
The SoundSwitch software can also automate lights and following the recent update (2.8) it has become even better.

Ik heb deze eerlijk gezegd niet hier gekocht omdat hij eben niet leverbaar was maar ik ben echt blij dit is wat iedere kleine dj voor zijn licht show moet hebben dit omdat de fabrikant lampen die niet in de bibliotheek staan binnen 48 uur hebben toegevoegd als je alles aan levert, het is echt een aanrader voor iedere dj en met 3 maanden gratis software is het heel goed uit te testen

Wat een top product! Hiermee kan ik al mijn lichten zonder enige moeite verbinden met mijn computer. En met de drie maanden gratis Soundswitch software kun je heel gemakkelijk een professionele lichtshow in elkaar zetten. Om later met je dj controller af te spelen.
De SoundSwitch DMX-interface heeft mijn dj-sets veel meer leven gegeven!

Een Dmx interface met 512 kanalen voor die prijs is echt wel een aanrader. Let wel op indien je dit ten volle wil benutten dat je een eenmalige aankoop dient te doen of een maandelijks of jaarlijks abonnement dient aan te schaffen, maar de prijs meer dan waard want je krijgt echt wel alle technische ondersteuning en indien je toestel niet in de fixtures library zou zitten, heb je dit binnen zeer afzienbare tijd ter beschikking als je gewoon de gegevens mailt. Aanrader !
