Sunlite Suite 2 First Class is a DMX software package that comes with a DMX interface. What's so special about Sunlite light control software is that it's so easy to use - after your purchase you can immediately get going. Load the fixture profiles of your lighting, indicate the right addresses, and you're good to go. The interface can be used on your computer but also via your tablet or smartphone.

Suite 2 First Class: the software

The Suite 2 software features a clear, neat graphic interface and can be installed on a 32-bit as well as a 64-bit Windows system. X/Y charts and colour circles can be viewed via a pop-up window for an orderly workflow, and some faders have been turned into rotary knobs. If the fixture profile of your scanner or moving head is not available in the Suite 2 library, you might want to download one via Sunlite's web site. If you still cannot find the profile for your light effect, you can easily make one yourself with the help of the Scanlibrary Editor.

The hardware

As this Suite package comes with a First Class (FC) interface, you have 512 DMX input channels and 1,024 DMX output channels at your disposal. The interface can be controlled via Ethernet, USB, and your wireless WiFi network. For maximum hands-on control, Sunlite developed an app that allows you to control the interface via your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. If you don't find that necessary, you can also use the software in a stand-alone mode after you've programmed an SD card.
