General

Pearl's P-2052B Eliminator Redline is a belt-driven double bass drum pedal that delivers the same power and flexibility as the Eliminator series pedals, and the same speed as pedals from the Demon series. What makes it really special, however, is Pearl's unique interchangeable cam system which means you can adjust the response and feel. The pedals come with four different cams for linear or off-set operation. The belt-drive has a similar feeling to a direct-drive system. The pedal is equipped with QuadBeaters: beaters with two plastic surfaces and two felt surfaces.

Eliminator Redline: easily adjustable

Apart from the cam system, the Eliminator Redline series of pedals can be easily adjusted in other ways. The footboard, for instance, can accommodate the back of the pedal in three different positions for a light, standard or strong response. The traction plate is reversible so that you can choose your preferred grip and the Click-Lock system has adjustable spring tension. Finally, the Roller Hoop clamp adapts to a wide range of hoop thicknesses and offers easy side access.

Één van de beste pedalen momenteel op de markt voor die prijs... absolute topper.
Onlangs deze belt drive versie gekocht van Pearl.... voorlopig wil ik niks anders meer.
Echt een veelzijdige Twinpedal met veel instelmogelijkheden en staat als een HUIS.

Een zeer fijn en soepel pedaal!
Mijn vorige twinpaddle was een van rond de 100,00, en ik merkte meteen een wereld van verschil toen ik de Redline ging proberen. Het pedaal is op alle manier verstelbaar zodat je hem op persoonlijke voorkeur kunt afstellen. Heb er nu al een paar keer mee opgetreden en hij speelt nog net zo fijn als toen ik hem kocht.

Heel fijn, soepel pedaal met veel afstelmogelijkheden.
Ik heb het vorige model Eliminator ooit ook in mij bezit gehad. Deze nieuwe uitvoering is nóg beter. Zeker met de Ninja Bearings. De 4 cams die meegeleverd worden geven elk een ander speelgevoel.
Ik heb als extra de paarse cams er bij besteld, omdat deze tussen de blauwe en rode cams zit qua gevoel.
(persoonlijke voorkeur)

Ik heb de afgelopen jaren met de Demon Drive (direct drive) gespeeld, maar onlangs weer verliefd geworden op deze Redline Eliminator. Oude liefde roest niet, dat blijkt maar weer!

Drie maanden terug heb ik dit pedaal gekocht. Ik heb lang getwijfeld tussen de 'belt' of de 'chain' serie. Uiteindelijk heb ik toch de keuze gemaakt voor de Belt-serie en dat is achteraf zeker geen slechte keus geweest. Het pedaal voelt, afhankelijk van de afstelling, heel soepel aan. Je krijgt ook vijf verschillende cams meegeleverd. Dit is ideaal voor de muziekstijl die je het liefst speelt. Samenvattend is dit een perfect pedaal voor de gevorderde drummer.
