Dit is een ideaal drumstel voor degene die richting de professionele kant wil gaan zonder een gigantisch budget. Zelf heb ik deze kit al 2 jaar en ik ben er erg tevreden over. Deze versie met een 20" bassdrum is en goede fusion optie. Je kan hem hoog/jazzy stemmen, maar het laag van rock/pop gaat hem ook nog goed af. Nadeel van deze kit is dat het een echte prijsvechter is, waardoor de afwerking minder is dan bij de betere series van gretch. Zo zitten hier chinese remo vellen op. Deze zou ik zeker vervangen voor amerikaanse vellen van remo (of een ander merk). Dit verbetert de klank aanzienlijk, de vellen bepalen namelijk al zo'n 20% van de klank van een drumstel. Zelf heb ik er fyberskin vellen opgezet voor een iets warmere klank. Zelf vind ik de snaredrum van deze set ook wat minder. Hij klinkt prima, maar niet bepaald uitgesproken. Zelf gebruik ik bij deze kit dan ook met een andere snare.

Kortom: Als je er nieuwe vellen opzet en een andere snare gebruikt heb je echt een fantastische drumkit die amper onder doet aan drumkits van 2000+ euro. Zonder deze aanpassingen heb je voor deze prijs nog steeds een fantastische kit voor zo'n prijs.
