With Ahead's AKPP 5-inch practice pad, you can practise anywhere you want. Thanks to the quick-release nylon strap, you can quickly and easily attach the pad to your leg, so that you can work on your technique wherever there's a spot to sit down. The playing surface is made of medium-hard rubber and has a very natural stick response.

Fijne oefenpad die comfortabel om been is te bevestigen en blijft goed zitten. De feel is iets harder dan mijn vorige pad (vic firth) maar dit geeft juist een goede stick definitie. Ik kan prima oefenen als de kleine boven slaapt. Formaat is prima en goede bouw kwaliteit.

Best goed. enigste dat lastig is is dat je armen altijd inverhouding blijven met je knie wanneer je zit en het is net te kort. maar sws prima voor oefenen. hij heeft een lekkere rebound.

Ik ben ook al jaren in bezit van een Remo oefenpad
Nadelen: groot, zwaar, maakt herrie als je er op slaat.
Ik moest nu voor een paar weken naar het buitenland en zocht een betere oplossing.
Deze oefenpad heeft deze nadelen niet:
Gewicht 430 gram
Geeft prima rebound (drumgevoel)
Blijft prima zitten na vastmaken.
Door slimme constructie worden er weinig trillingen doorgegeven.
Geeft ook weinig geluid, ik durf daar best op te oefenen midden in de nacht in een flatgebouw bij wijze van spreken.
Samengevat, dit is een aanrader.
Ik zou dit artikel absoluut opnieuw kopen

Zeer handige oefenpad.
Het oppervlak is klein, maar niet storend. Perfect om op verplaatsing te oefenen.
Het oppervlak voelt heel naturel aan en bootst zo goed als perfect een echte snare na.
Na enkele dagen intensief oefenen merk ik wel dat het rubber al een heel klein beetje slijtage vertoont, niets dat het oefenen stoort en zeker niet iets dat snel escaleert.
