In this category, you'll find drumheads for various types of percussion instruments. As well as a large selection of samba heads for samba instruments like the surdo, repique, caixa, cuica, rebolo, tamborim, pandeiro, tan tan and timbals, you can also find heads for more common instruments such as the djembe, conga and bongo. Because each percussion instrument has its own unique sound, it's important to use the correct head in the right diameter. For example, a 14-inch napa/korino drum head for the surdo (dull sound, lots of low) would not be suitable for a 14-inch caixa (sharp tone, lots of mid / high).
