General

Ahead supplies revolutionary drumsticks! They feature an aluminium core and every Ahead drumstick, unlike regular wooden sticks, has exactly the same weight and balance. What's more, they last ten times longer!

Ahead 2B drumsticks with alu-core:

The precision alloy guarantees minimal variations in weight and balance compared to wooden drumsticks, with variations in these being around 20 per cent. With these Ahead drumsticks, it is only 1 per cent! The built-in VRS (Vibration Control) system reduces hand fatigue. So you can play longer and maintain flexibility for faster drum playing. Also special about these Ahead 2B drumsticks are their replaceable plastic sleeves, rings and tips.

Switch

"Make the switch" is the slogan of US stick manufacturer Ahead. Many well-known drummers have already made this switch, including:

  • James Kottak (Scorpions)
  • Lars Ulrich (Metallica)
  • Mick Fleetwood (Fleetwood Mac)
  • Phil Rudd (AC/DC)
  • Scott Rockenfield (Queensryche)
  • Tico Torres (Bon Jovi)
  • Tommy Lee (Motley Crue)
  • Will Champion (Coldplay)

Bax Music Warranty This product comes with a manufacturing defects warranty.
