These Select Balance drum sticks by ProMark offer drummers the perfect tools to exercise their craft. In 2011, the brand ProMark was purchased by D'Addario, who decided to invest in enhancing and optimising ProMark drum sticks. As a result, these Select Balance drum sticks make it easy for drummers to play with any technique or style they choose.

ProMark Rebound Balance .565: more rebound

These Rebound Balance drum sticks are a standard 5A model (designed especially for jazz, fusion, and latin). They have a 3-inch taper, placing the weight of the stick towards the back, thus creating more rebound with every strike. All Select Balance drum sticks have a tear drop tip that has been reduced in size by about 15%, resulting in a more versatile shape. The Select Balance Rebound Balance .565 drum sticks all have a wooden tip.

Information is key

Drummers are able to read important information about a drum stick, based solely on the product number. 'PM' stands for ProMark, 'FB' and 'RB' stand for Forward Balance and Rebound Balance, respectively. 'H' is for hickory, the wood type, and the numbers that follow indicate the diameter. The 'T' and 'W' show the type of tip and the material it's made of; in this case, Teardrop en Wooden tip.
