These sticks have been designed according to the particular demands of none-other-than Dave Weckl; a Grammy award-winning drummer known for his work with the Elektric Band and Acoustic Band and his ability to almost seamlessly blend electronic drumming with acoustic drumming. Needless to say, this set of sticks have been developed to support his unique needs.
The Vic Firth DW Drumsticks
The Dave Weckl Signature Series drumsticks compile a range of four models, including this edition which features wooden barrel-shaped tips. Made of durable hickory, these drumsticks shape an intense cymbal sound and pack a lot of leverage. They're 41.6cm (16 1/4") long and measure 14mm in diameter.

Ben zelf drummer die 2x per week repeteert en was op zoek naar stokken met impact, maar die toch licht spelen zonder dat ze licht zijn. Deze stokken zijn precies dat. Ze klikken erg open en ruim op symbalen. Snare word er aggresief van en laat weinig overtonen vrij. Ideale stokken voor Jazz en Poprock achtige settings.
