Toch had ik hulp nodig maar dat is vooral omdat ik als fotograaf geen enklee ervaring met het systeem had. Ik werd telefonisch keurig te woord gestaan en kreeg op al mijn vragen geduldig antwoord. Er werd vlot geleverd en aanvullende informatie - zoals een maatschets - werd mij per omgaande toegezonden.
Mag een mens tegenwoordig nog tevreden zijn? Ik hoop van wel, want anders ben ik in overtreding...
