After 1 week the plastic hinge had completely snapped. Expected that part to be made of metal like the rest of the stand, but it wasn't. Luckily, I don't need to move the stand very often, but I'd recommend getting a mic stand with more durable components.

The mic stand itself is a really good stand. Very sturdy. Just what I wanted. Only problem I have is the attachment, it doesn't fit my studio mic so I'm having to improvise. Other than that, very happy customer

Great budget stand, though Im a bit concerned about how long the plastic boom junction will last...if Id had known I would have spent that bit more on a slightly better stand. Would be worth being in the description. Other than that, they seem good. Ive had drum over heads on them and there hasnt been any movement.

Great budget stands. Everything secures well and they are pretty sturdy. I found the plastic catch thing useless for cables since vibrations will go right through to the cable. One important note - when setup the centre pole is not perfectly vertical.
