The Mackie EM-89D vocal microphone has a dynamic capsule with a cardioid polar pattern that's able to withstand high sound pressure levels and efficiently avoid feedback. The frequency response has been tuned perfectly for capturing the human voice but performs just as effectively when miking up a snare drum, guitar amplifier, or even brass instruments. Designed to perform, the Mackie 89D has a solid construction with a smart design finished with a flat-sided ring to prevent it from rolling away across the stage.
