The R-21S dynamic microphone has a special microphone capsule with a high-output and on/off switch, which is connected to a shockproof suspension mechanism that minimises handling noise and adds additional protection. This lightweight, ergonomic mic is engineered to handle high SPLs and doesn't suffer much acoustic feedback thanks to the cardioid pickup pattern.
