In 1991, the Red Hot Chili Peppers released their now legendary album 'Blood Sugar Sex Magik', which single-handedly launched the band into world-wide stardom. In the "Chad Smith Red Hot Rhythm Method" DCD, the band's famous drummer talks about specific drum parts from the album and the role of the drummer in the band. Flea, the bassist of the band, assists Chad as he demonstrates how he creates his unmistakable grooves. The DVD consists play-along tracks, live images and bloopers.
