General
The Istanbul Agop 8" XIST Bell is an effects cymbal that immediately stands out for its bright, sparkling tone with controlled sustain and minimal overtones. This cymbal is the result of modern production techniques combined with centuries-old, handcrafted traditions from Istanbul. The secret lies in the use of the famous B20 alloy, consisting of 80 per cent copper and 20 per cent tin. This is hand-hammered at the Agop factory into a cymbal that combines subtle nuance with clear articulation. Ideal for drummers who wish to enrich their setup with a characterful effect cymbal for a wide range of styles, where a bright, musical bell tone is desired.
