This five-piece stack cymbal from Meinl incorporates five MS63 cymbals that have each been hammered differently to guarantee unique mid-high focussed sound and short sustain. Meinl have specifically opted for the MS63 alloy to keep the weight down, while the sound of the stack can be lightly changed by loosening or tightening the wing nut of your hi-hat stand. The sustain will increase when loosened and become shorter when the nut is tightened. The Meinl HCS80246SM Smack Stack fuses together 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16-inch cymbals and goes well with literally any snare.
