Een goede en betaalbare set. In de vroege 70s, toen ik begon was Rotosound echt een merk dat ik associeerde met kwaliteit. Ben toch overgestapt op d' Addario, maar uit sentimentele overwegingen nu deze set maar eens gekocht. Niets mis mee!

Rotosound biedt bassnaren in de beste verhouding prijs/kwaliteit. Ze klinken even goed en gaan even lang mee als duurdere merken. Ze klinken heel helder en klinken goed op zowel een jazz bass als precision bass. Rotosound is al sinds de jaren 60 gespecialiseerd in het maken van bassnaren en ik blijf bij deze klassieker voor al mijn bassen.

Ik gebruik al zo lang ik mij kan heugen Rotosound snaren. Normaal Swing Bass 66, dit keer eens een uitstapje gemaakt naar deze set. Beviel op zich prima, niets op aan te merken!

Heb al jaren een ander merk, maar deze was niet leverbaar. Dus na wat zoeken en reviews te hebben gelezen kwam ik op deze. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan: TOP!
Klinken lekker punchy en toch warm. Eerst nog eens goed inspelen en dan misschien wel bij deze Rotosound blijven. Voor nu raad ik ze zeker aan!

Sinds jaar en dag (speel ongeveer 35 jaar bas) gebruik ik Rotosound snaren. Uiteraard heb ik veel verschillende merken en soorten uitgeprobeerd in de loop der tijd, maar kom altijd weer terug bij Roto's. Deze RB of Swingbass gebruik ik. De RB op de Musiman Stingray Classic en de Swingbass op de Fender Jazz (73) .
In het begin zijn Roto's wat schel, eenmaal ingespeeld top en gaan lang mee. Jammer dat Bax ze niet altijd op voorraad heeft, maar ben al jaren Bax klant gewoon dik tevreden.
