I tried to buy the maple neck version of this twice and twice Bax tried to fob me off with the rosewood neck version. I think they sell to so many beginners that they think none of their customers will notice the difference.
After they wrongly sent me the first one, I contacted them to ask them specifically not to make the same mistake again. They again sent me a rosewood neck version, which makes me think that they did it deliberately.
No problem getting a refund both times but I wouldn't buy from them again as their customer service is obviously inadequate.

only expected it to work i have had these type of tuners before..but i found it alot better than i thought it would be,its very clear to see whats happening,and when its correct it turns from a blue back ground to a green one and will waver to blue unless its bang on,,also its not as light as others of this type,so i feel its well made...these things are a must for learners (ill joke it took me 10 years to learn to tune up in the 70"s,we would of payed alot of money for these then ;-)

Ik heb deze gitaar naast mijn Fender gelegd en precies vergeleken met deze Fazley gitaar ik kwam tot conclusie dat er weinig verschil in zit de onderdelen zijn uit dezelfde machine gestants volgens mij in Mexico hebben ze volgens mij mij de hele Fender fabriek verhuist naar Mexico het gewicht is het zelfde het houtsoort is wel anders en waarschijnlijk anders gedroogd maar dat heeft geen invloed op de kwaliteit en de klank een de duurzaamheid van de gitaar je houd het niet voor mogelijk dat Bax Music voor die prijs deze FST118 White kan leveren de hals is ook goed en en ik vraag me af waarom de Fender gitaren tweede hands en nieuw zo duur moeten zijn met wat aanpassingen ik moet eerlijk zijn blijft het en goeie Fazley gitaar die zich kan meten met de Fender van duizenden euro's.
