The D'Addario NYXL NYNW038 is a Nickel Wound type electric guitar string, which with a round winding and a patented steel wire provides an improved mid-frequency range between 1 and 3.5 kHz. This string has a more pronounced presence and crunch, perfect for cutting through the mix. A replacement string or part of a personalised string set, it offers stable tuning with better durability than traditional nickel-wound strings. D'Addario strings are designed, developed and manufactured in the US.
