The D'Addario PL008 is a steel string for your electric guitar or acoustic western / folk guitar. With a .008-inch gauge it's a great choice for a thin E string in an electric 008 set. It's also well suited for use as a high G string in a 12-string 010 string set for acoustic guitar.
