Part of the Danish brand's Original Series, the Baum Guitars Backwing is not only an attitude-packed electric guitar, but a nod at another famous model. This modern, mahogany-bodied axe comes armed with two Goldsound mini-humbuckers which spit out a clearer sound than full-size humbuckers and harness more than enough power to nudge your amp into natural overdrive. Tweak the volume pot and you'll get a sweet clean-up without losing out on any tonal clarity.
The Original Series Backwing: Contemporary Comfort
The team at Baum have gone for a stable 1-piece roasted maple neck furnished with a modern C-profile and a smooth satin-gloss finish, which combines with a 12-inch-radiussed rosewood fretboard that comes lined with twenty-two medium jumbo frets to guarantee an instantly-satisfying feel. Another noteworthy feature is the Baum Levitator Roller stoptail bridge, which has been designed to counter friction and enhance the tuning stability and sustain. In a nutshell, you're looking at a bona-fide riff machine you can't go wrong with.
