Product information

General

For a long time, the ESP Horizon-III was only available in Japan. That's a shame because its modern shape is beautifully balanced and its body contours ensure excellent comfort too. Luckily for us, ESP have now released the Horizon-III as part of the E-II series. This version, with a Black Cherry Fade finish, has a stunning quilted maple top and an alder body. In combination with the two passive Seymour Duncan humbuckers, you can count on a wide range of highly-versatile sounds. It even comes complete with its own hard case.

Horizon-III FR: superior playability

Thanks to the neck-thru construction, all 24 XJ frets are easily reached and the sustain is enhanced too. ESP have opted for a dark, ebony fretboard with a modern 12-inch radius and a nut width of 42 mm. This, along with the thin U-profile, gives the Horizon-III a neck that feels fast and instantly familiar. The tuning stability and intonation are both excellent too thanks to the Floyd Rose Original bridge.

ESP E-II

ESP's E-II series sets a new standard in high-quality electric guitars and basses. All of the models in the range are manufactured with great precision by ESP luthiers in Japan. The result is instruments that boast higher quality and a tighter finish than the ESP LTDs, but without the price tag associated with the ESP Original and ESP USA series. This range includes virtually all of the popular models, from the Horizon to the Eclipse and from the Arrow to the Mystique.
