The S-style body has been carved from hand-selected alder, dipped in high-gloss lacquer and given a ruthless, battle-scared, hand-worn finish, giving this model its relic-style mojo. Meanwhile, the uber-versatile HSS pickup configuration sticks a single-coil pickup at the neck and in the middle positions, while a humbucker takes up the bridge, and so you can gain classic S-style output, the humbucker can even be coil split via the cheeky mini-switch. Wrap it all up in the included deluxe gig bag and get this tour-worn gigging buddy to the venue in comfort.

The Fazley Project P2 Flashback S: Smooth Playability

A high-grade Wilkinson WOV05 two-point tremolo bridge has been mounted to support classic whammy bar tricks, and as a sweet detail, the backplate of the tremolo cavity has even been removed (or just lost to sands of time). The maple neck has been roasted to remove moisture, resulting in more warp-resistant and stable, higher-density wood, and the 12 inch radius is also flatter than your average S-style model. Couple that with the set of twenty-two jumbo frets, and you're treated to light and fast, smooth playability. As a final modern twist, this one-off axe even comes kitted out with a full pack of locking machine heads, which don't just firm up the tuning but speed up string changes.

Every Example is Unique

This Fazley guitar features a special 'relic' finish, which means it looks like it's already seen decades of use. The manually applied signs of 'wear and tear' range from scuff marks on the body to specks of 'corrosion' on the hardware, and make sure that every example looks entirely different from the next. The relic'd finish is also the reason why the cover plate of the tremolo bridge is missing on the back. Fortunately, you can always add one if you want since the mounting holes are still there.
