General

While the Telecaster is an undeniable classic, it's also a solid and heavy slab of a guitar. With the chambered edition of the Player II Telecaster, you get pure Tele sound and playability but none of the back-breaking weight. The ash body has been shot through with strategically positioned holes, which you'd never know are there, dropping the weight and boosting the resonance all in one shot. Teamed up with a newly-developed set of Fender Player Series Alnico V Single-Coil Tele pickups, this innovative take on a legend boasts excellent dynamic response as well as authentic Tele-flavoured twang and bite.

The Fender Player II Telecaster Chambered: Boosted Playability

Since this is the follow up to the first-gen Player Tele, it comes with a few extra modern tweaks, including rolled fretboard edges, where the high-quality slab rosewood fretboard has been rounded off on both sides, giving the Modern-C profiled neck an immediately comfy and played-in feel in the fret-hand. Meanwhile, a fixed string-through-body bridge, set of six steel block saddles and a full pack of Fender ClassicGear machine heads ensure accurate intonation and stable tuning, completing an ultra-ergonomic and reliable stage beast of a Telecaster.
