With the chambered edition of the Player II Telecaster, you get pure Tele sound and playability but none of the back-breaking weight. The mahogany body has been shot through with strategically positioned holes, which you'd never know are there, dropping the weight and boosting the resonance all in one shot. Teamed up with a newly-developed set of Fender Player Series Alnico V Single-Coil Tele pickups, this innovative take on a legend boasts excellent dynamic response as well as authentic Tele-flavoured twang and bite.

The Fender Player II Telecaster Chambered: Boosted Playability

Since this is the follow up to the first-gen Player Tele, it comes with a few extra modern tweaks, including rolled fretboard edges, where the maple fretboard has been rounded off on both sides, giving the Modern-C profiled neck an immediately comfy and played-in feel in the fret-hand. Meanwhile, a fixed string-through-body bridge, set of six steel block saddles and a full pack of Fender ClassicGear machine heads ensure accurate intonation and stable tuning, completing an ultra-ergonomic and reliable stage beast of a Telecaster.

Veel contact gehad met de klantenservice wat betreft het exemplaar dat ik heb gehad.

Ik begin even bij het begin. Soepele levering zoals verwacht van Bax. Niks mis mee! Netjes binnengekomen.

Tele lijkt geïntoneerd binnen te komen, maar met enkele kuren die erg teleurstellend zijn. Prachtig instrument verder hoor. Niet helemaal juist geïntoneerd en een minder sterke output door de pickups bij de laatste 2 snaren. De pickups lijken een plakkerige vette laag op de polen te hebben. Schoongemaakt en langsgebracht, maar geen oplossing. Probleem werd bij mijn versterker gelegd en ook nog een nieuwe versterker via Bax gekocht..

Enige oplossing zou retour zijn. Gekocht met de carnavals kortingscode en nu niet meer beschikbaar. Erg jammer! De plaatselijke luther zal dit op gaan lossen.. voortaan toch maar bij Max Guitar in Scheveningen.
