The Gibson USA Kirk Hammett 'Greeny' Les Paul Standard comes in a special 'Greeny Burst', recreating the magic of the original wondering icon, while timeless Gibson-grade sound isn't just assured by two exclusive Gibson USA Greenybucker humbuckers, but by a pickup selection switch with an out-of-phase middle position. The magnetic polarity of the neck pickup has also been reversed to help shape an extra sultry output that, while definitely serves up sweet and versatile, blues and rock tone, can just as easily be dialled in to back up metal - as demonstrated in recent years by Kirk Hammett himself.

Timeless Looks

The solid mahogany body of the 'Greeny' has been topped with a deluxe slice of AAA figured maple, while the matching mahogany neck has been given the solid and natural feel of a '50s Vintage profile. The Indian rosewood fretboard has been equipped with a full set of twenty-two medium frets to support accurate and controlled playability, and to finish, stable tuning is assured by a Graph Tech nut and Grover Rotomatics machine heads.
