Ibanez have designed the AT100 in close collaboration with the fast-playing guitarist Andy Timmons and finished it in a Classic Sunburst. Its sublime sound, playability and finish make this a serious RG-model with a classic ST-style shape. The AT100CL SB is mounted with a versatile HSS pickup configuration by DiMarzio and first-grade hardware by Sperzel and Wilkinson-Gotoh. This guitar comes with a luxurious Prestige case and a tremolo bar; a true gem from the Japanese Prestige Series.

Features of the AT100CL

The AT100 Andy Timmons Signature has an alder body with a vintage-style sunburst finish. The maple neck has a set-in maple fretboard with 22 frets; the classic combination for a full sound with a tight bass, rich mids and sparkling trebles. The neck and body joint have a smooth, rounded joint for maximum playing comfort at the higher positions and the Wilkinson VSVG tremolo bridge combines with the Sperzel locking tuners to guarantee stable vibrato effects.

Versatile Hardware

The soul of the Ibanez AT100CL is electronic. Two DiMarzio The Cruiser pickups are mounted at the neck and mid position, accompanied by a Dimarzio AT-1 humbucker at the bridge position. The AT-1 shapes a balanced, warm and clear sound with an average output and the single-coil-sized Humbucking Cruisers produce a sparkly, bright single-coil sound without any annoying 50Hz humming noise. The tone is controlled by a 5-position pickup switch, master volume and two tone controls for the neck/middle pickup and bridge pickup.
