Ibanez breathe fresh life into their classic Iceman with the Iron Label ICTB721-BKF. Coated in Flat Black, this 7-string warrior-of-sound delivers a soul-shaking war cry. The okoume body has been loaded with a pair of D-Activator-7 passive humbuckers for a powerful, open sound framed by a super-tight bass response, while the stable neck-through construction lays down enhanced sustain and outstanding resonance.
The Iron Label ICTB721-BKF: A Firm Base
Stability forms a major focus in the overall build of the ICTB721, so the neck has been made from five pieces of maple and walnut and both the Mono-Rail bridge and high-grade machine heads have been provided by none-other-than Gotoh. In terms of playability, you're getting the deluxe treatment of a familiar 25.5 inch scale length coupled with a flat and fast 15.75 inch fretboard radius, while the luminescent side dots aid accurate navigation in the dark and the set of 24 jumbo frets have a nice and light feel beneath the fret hand.
