Decked out with nothing but the essentials, the Jackson JS Series King V JS22-7 KV HT keeps things brilliantly affordable for guitarists who want to expand their sonic arsenal with a sharp-looking seven-string. This V-style guitar even comes with a 26.5-inch scale length to support lower tunings and features a fixed HT7 String-Through-Body Hardtail bridge for optimum tuning stability. As well as a 12-to-16-inch compound fretboard radius, Jackson has kitted this King V out with a pair of self-designed High-Output 7-String humbuckers along with standard-issue controls and a 3-way pickup switch. In short: everything you need to sling tight riffs and nimble solos.

Wrote the following about Jackson JS Series King V JS22-7 KV HT Satin Black 7-String Electric Guitar

Oké, hij klinkt niet zoals een duurdere gitaar, maar kan ook niet voor die prijs. Maar als instap naar de wereld van de 7 string is deze zijn geld zeker waard. Naar mijn mening een zeer comfortabele hals en goed bereikbare onderste frets. De gitaar is niet te zwaar, wat ook comfortabel is als je langere tijd er op speelt. Uiterlijk ziet er zeer goed uit, vooral als je fan bent van de heavy modellen en van matte afwerking. Stevige bridge humbucker en toch relatief heldere neck humbucker, wat toch wel fijn is. Ik heb al duurdere gitaren gehoord, waarbij het verschil tussen de neck en de bridge elementen nauwelijks verschil in klank geeft, dan is deze toch veelzijdiger. Al bij al een zeer goede gitaar als je een betaalbare 7 string zoekt.
