General

The Jackson RRT-3 Pro Series now features this classic ivory coated, black pinstripe adorned model with gold-coloured hardware. And to make the contrast sing, the pickguard has been left out completely. Along with the familiar Randy Rhoads shape, this model features some excellent specifications, including an ebony fretboard with compound radius, American Seymour Duncan humbuckers and a Dunlop Straplock system.

The Reliable Construction of the RRT-3 Pro

Because it's relatively light and has good tonal properties, alder has been used for decades to build guitars: it provides a bright, balanced tone with sufficient mids to properly cut through the mix. The alder-bodied Jackson RRT-3 Pro is also fitted with the popular JB/Jazz set by Seymour Duncan, that can take on anything - from sparkling cleans to screaming solos, but best feature of this Randy Rhoads Pro is the three-piece, set-in, maple neck with an oil finish. This makes for an incredibly fast profile and an comfortable, agile playing experience.
